It’s time to get creative again! Blow off the summer dust of your art supplies, pick up a new medium or technique, and start practicing what you have meant to work on for a while. We have a 14-day challenge ready to get you back to creativity.
Participate in our 14-day creative challenge, where each day brings a new prompt designed to inspire your imagination. From vibrant landscapes to intricate designs, each prompt is your chance to showcase your unique style and push your creative boundaries. To make it easier on your time management, we share all prompts at once. Join with at least one but preferably all, to build that creative habit again.
How It Works
- 14 Days, 14 Prompts: A fresh, exciting prompt every day awaits you to interpret and create. Whether you're a painter, illustrator, or someone who loves experimenting with colors and textures, this challenge is for you!
- Submit Your Entries: Submit at least one artwork and get a chance to win. Whether you submit a full artwork, a sketch, or something in between, this challenge aims to kick off your creativity after summer break. Join with as many prompts as you can!
- 10 Lucky Winners: Ten dedicated participants will be selected to win attractive prizes to push their creativity to the next level! Even if you complete just one prompt, you’re considered to win a prize. More entries you submit, the better chance you have to win.
Here are the challenge prompts to follow. The first artwork is due by August 20, 11:59 PM Pacific time. The last artwork is due by September 2, 11:59 PM Pacific time.
The Prizes

How to Submit Entry
- Post Your Artwork on Instagram: Post your artwork of the day on Instagram using #backtocreativity and tag @escapemotions in the post. Include the prompt number within the artwork description.
- Publish to Escape Motions Gallery: If you use Escape Motions software to complete the challenge and do not use social media to present your art, you can join the challenge through our Community Gallery as well. When uploading an image, select "Enter the Back to Creativity Art Challenge with this image" and include the prompt number within the artwork description. If you are publishing directly from the Escape Motions application, use #backtocreativity in the description to include your entry to the challenge.
Rules to Follow
- Entrants can post their daily artwork to Instagram or Escape Motions Gallery until 11:59 PM Pacific Time. The closing date for all entries will be September 2, 2024, 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
- Entries created with traditional media or any digital painting software are accepted.
- The use of AI art generation is not allowed in any way.
- Each entry needs to include a #backtocreativity and the prompt number.
- Instagram entries need to include the @escapemotions tag.
- All artworks submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them. Each entrant is responsible for ensuring that any images they submit do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. Entrants must warrant that the artwork they are submitting is their work and that they own the copyright for it.
- Artworks, that have already been published in the Community Gallery or on Instagram before the challenge starting date (August 19, 2024) cannot join the Art Challenge.
- The size of the artwork is not limited, but we recommend at least 1200 x 1200 pixels. When publishing online from the Community account, the file needs to be of a maximum 2 MB size. Please respect the Instagram size limits as well.
- Copyright in all images submitted for this challenge remains with the respective entrants. However, in consideration of their providing the challenge, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license to Escape Motions, s.r.o. to feature any or all of the submitted images in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material.
- Escape Motions jury will choose 10 entrants, who submitted at least one entry, to win Rebelle 7 Pro or a $150 Escape Motions shop credit.
- The results will be announced via the Escape Motions website by September 15, 2024. Winners will be contacted via email or social media.
