We have recently moved to a new hosting provider which might influence the registration process. The solution is to download the most recent versions of Flame Painter:
Flame Painter 2 - download [i]Flame Painter 2.5.6s[/i] version
Flame Painter 3 - download [i]Flame Painter 3.3.1s[/i] version
...either from Flame Painter's [url=https://www.escapemotions.com/products/flamepainter/update/update_v3_to_v3.php]download page[/url] or from your [url=https://www.escapemotions.com/community/login]Community account[/url] (go to 'my profile' > 'purchases').
All minor Flame Painter 4 updates should work without issues.
