Snap to grid

                    I do like the ruler tool

but it would be nice to have snap to grid

and be able to set grid to a specific distance both in the X and Y

for example:

set the X to every 1/4" and the Y to every 1/2"

then be able to draw a grid with whatever paint tool I want.
