If Rebelle freezes (app is not responding), restart Rebelle or restart your computer.
If you still experience freezes, reset Rebelle’s settings to default, here's how:

1. Go to Rebelle's top menu: Help > Show Library folder...
2. Locate the Rebelle folder and rename it to any other name
3. Run Rebelle again, you will be asked to register
4. Rebelle opens with the default settings

If Rebelle keeps freezing even with the default settings, on Windows (sorry, we don't have a mac tool for this yet), please follow these steps:

1. Download this archive:
https://www.escapemotions.com/products/rebelle/download/Rebelle_freeze_analyzer_Windows_64bit.zip

...and unpack it on your disk. This package works for all Rebelle versions.

2. Keep using Rebelle as before and when it freezes, just run the 'backtrace_attach.bat' from the unpacked folder. You can run the bat file several times (5 should be enough). It generates a new 'backtrace.out' file which you can send us by email to [email protected] and please, also include:

- Rebelle version (go to the Main Menu -> About Rebelle, you'll see the version in the upper right corner of the dialog), e.g. "Rebelle 7.0.0 Trial 64bit"

- a brief description of what you did just before the freeze.

3. You can close Rebelle now.

Thanks for all your help with tracking down these bugs!
